LONG DESCRIPTION: Updated submission date to provide CMP proposals from April 21 to April 14, 2023.

ERCOT has received a proposal from EDF Renewables/RWE to add a Pre-Contingency Action Plan (PCAP) to manage the overload caused by high wind in the Rio Grand Valley where the contingency loss of Bonilla - N Edinburg 345 kV line and Rio Hondo - South Santa Rosa - Primeria 138 kV lines overloads the Burns – Rio Hondo 138 kV and La Palma – Haine 138 kV lines.

The proposed Bonilla - N Edinburgh 345 kV and Rio Hondo - South Santa Rosa - Primera 138 kV PCAP is being reviewed by ERCOT as a part of the 2023 Constraint Management Plans Annual Review.

ACTION REQUIRED: Any comments to this proposal are due to ERCOT by 5:00 pm on April 14, 2023 and should be submitted to [log in to unmask] using the attached comment form.
