SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of NPRR1135

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On June 28, 2023, Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1135, Add On-Line Status Check for Resources Telemetering OFFNS for Ancillary Service Imbalance Settlements, will be implemented.

NPRR1135 modifies the definition of the Real-Time Generation Resources with an Off-Line Non-Spin Schedule (RTOFFNSHSL) to allow non-zero values for this billing determinant only if the Resource was Off-Line when it telemetered OFFNS. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
