SHORT DESCRIPTION: Operating System Upgrade for MMS UI and OS UI

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) and Transmission Service Providers (TSPs)

DAYS AFFECTED: July 26, 2023, 15:30 - 16:30

LONG DESCRIPTION: As part of Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Tech Refresh Project, ERCOT will be upgrading the Market Manager User Interface (MMS UI) and Outage Scheduler User Interface (OS UI) Operating Systems to a newer version between 15:30 - 16:30 on July 26. During this period, MMS UI and OS UI will be unavailable. This upgrade does not have any impacts to MMS UI and OS UI functionality.
