SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT reminds Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) of requirement to maintain accurate Current Operating Plans (COP)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Qualified Scheduling Entities

LONG DESCRIPTION: Section 3.9.1 (1) of the ERCOT Protocols requires that each QSE that represents a Resource must submit a COP to ERCOT that reflects expected operating conditions for each Resource for each hour in the next seven Operating Days. An accurate account of the status and operating condition of all Resources is a critical part of reliable operations.   

ACTION REQUIRED: QSEs must submit COPs and ensure that ERCOT has an accurate reflection of expected operating condition of their Resources for each hour in the next seven Operating Days.
