SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Securitization Default Charge (SDC) Invoices for Securitization PURA Subchapter M Default Charges

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has posted the first monthly Securitization Default Charge (SDC) Invoices to the Market Information System (MIS) Certified Area on the Markets, Settlements page, as part of the implementation of Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1103, Securitization – PURA Subchapter M Default Charges.

Securitization Default Charge Invoices (EMIL ID: NP26-330-SG, Report Type ID: 23273) will be issued monthly, on the 7th Business Day of each Month, and ERCOT posted the dates that it will issue succeeding Securitization Default Charge Invoices to the Settlement Calendar Extract.

Payments to ERCOT for Securitization Default Charge Invoices must be paid into the Subchapter M Invoice bank account ending in xxxxx6916 that will be listed on the Invoice. Per paragraph (4) of Section 26.3.1.1, the payment remark must include the new Securitization Default Charge (SDC) Invoice number.
