SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notice of Intent to Share ECEII Data

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Resource Entities and Transmission Service Providers

DAYS AFFECTED: October 1, 2023

LONG DESCRIPTION: Pursuant to  ERCOT Protocol Section 1.3.5(1) and 1.3.6(3)(a)(i), ERCOT is providing notice that ERCOT will be disclosing ERCOT Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (ECEII), which includes GPS information for Resource Entity and Transmission Service Provider equipment, to aid Argonne National Laboratory operated by UChicago Argonne, LLC (Argonne ) with studies regarding impacts of hurricane weather. ERCOT is not providing Protected Information to Argonne.  Argonne has executed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with ERCOT.  The ECEII data will be delivered to Argonne upon execution of a contract, with a planned effective date of October 1, 2023, but no earlier than five days from the date of this notice.
