LONG DESCRIPTION: On September 15, 2023, ERCOT received a NCGRD for the following Generation Resource:

Mountain Creek Power LLC (MCSES_UNIT8)

The NCGRD indicates that as of October 1, 2023, the Generation Resource, which is currently under a seasonal mothball status with a Seasonal Operation Period of June 1 through September 30th, will return to year-round service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to ERCOT Protocols Section 3.14.1.9(2), ERCOT has posted the notification in the list titled “Notice of Change of Generation Resource Designation” on the Generation page of the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
