SHORT DESCRIPTION: Updated TDSP Read Generation Metering Registration Form

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities, TDSPs

LONG DESCRIPTION: The TDSP Read Generation Metering Registration form is used for generation site and settlement only generation site registration.  The forms have been updated to provide common use scenarios for the forms and also provides some additional instructions on how to populate the form in conjunction with RIOO submissions. 

ACTION REQUIRED: The new TDSP Read Generation Metering Registration form should be downloaded and used for all future submissions.
