SHORT DESCRIPTION: 2023 Winter Load Shed Training Exercise

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will conduct a Winter Load Shed tabletop training exercise required by Senate Bill 3 (87th Leg.), codified in the Public Utility Regulatory Act (PURA) Section 38.077, on December 7, 2023, from 09:00 - 12:00 CST. This exercise will be offered virtually via WebEx for providers of electric generation service and transmission and distribution service in the ERCOT Region.
