SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notice of Change of Access to Postings in the Market Information System Secure Area

INTENDED AUDIENCE: User Security Administrators (USAs) and Digital Certificate Holders

DAYS AFFECTED: January 25, 2024, 15:30 - 16:30

LONG DESCRIPTION: Postings identified on the attached list have been classified as ERCOT Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (ECEII) pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 2.1. Beginning January 25, 2024 at approximately 5 p.m., a Digital Certificate with the appropriate ECEII role will be required to access the postings.

ACTION REQUIRED: To continue Market Information System (MIS) access to ECEII for Certificate Holders who need this information, USAs should assign the ICE_M_VIEW_ECEII role to their Digital Certificates prior to January 25, 2024.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Market Participant Identity Manager role installation details can be found in the attached document. Also attached to this Market Notice is a list of MIS Secure Area postings that have been classified as ECEII and beginning January 25, 2024 will be identified as ECEII on the ERCOT Market Information List (EMIL).
