SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update on Market Notice M-C011224-01

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has implemented a temporary solution for the system issue mentioned in Market Notice M-C011224-01, which impacted the calculation of updated Future Credit Exposure (FCE) values used in determining the Total Potential Exposure (TPE). ERCOT has republished the Available Credit Limit (ACL) reports this morning in the ERCOT MIS. The most recently published ACL Summary report contains TPE and ACL values that utilize current FCE values and updated CRR Locked ACL values. ERCOT expects the ACL Summary reports going forward to be published on a normal timeline and to use the most recent FCE values while a permanent solution is implemented.

ACTION REQUIRED: Counter-Parties should review their updated ACL Summary reports published in the ERCOT MIS.
