SHORT DESCRIPTION: 2024 Annual Constraint Management Plans Review

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission Operators and/or Resource Entities with Transmission Facilities impacted by existing Constraint Management Plans (CMP) or those proposing new CMPs. 

DAYS AFFECTED: March 13, 2024

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is initiating its annual Constraint Management Plans Review, which includes Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), Mitigation Plans (MPs), Pre-Contingency Action Plans (PCAPs), and Automatic Mitigation Plans (AMPs). 

Transmission Operators and/or Resource Entities with Transmission Facilities that are impacted by existing CMPs, or that are posting new CMPs, are requested to submit to ERCOT any planned transmission equipment or generation resource outages that are expected to last more than 30 days in the Summer Peak Load Season (June 1st through September 30th) no later than March 13, 2024. ERCOT prefers the IDEV format to provide planned transmission equipment or generation resource outages.

ACTION REQUIRED: Provide any planned transmission equipment or generation resource outages that are expected to last for more than 30 days in the Summer Peak Load Season (June 1st through September 30th) no later than March 13, 2024.
