SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of FAC-014-3 R5

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission Service Provider (TSP) and User Security Administrators (USAs)

LONG DESCRIPTION: FAC-014-3 R5 requires the Reliability Coordinator to provide stability limit and IROL data as stated in sub-requirements R5.1, R5.2, and R5.6 (Transmission Owners) ERCOT ISO, as the NERC registered Reliability Coordinator in the ERCOT Interconnection, is providing this data to the NERC Transmission Planners (TPs), Transmission Operators (TOPs) and Transmission Owners (TOs) in the ERCOT Interconnection. In support of the posting of the stability limit and IROL data, ERCOT will begin posting GTC Communication (FAC-014-3) (EMIL ID: NP12-314-M, Report Type ID: 24065) annually, and it will be posted on the Market Information System (MIS) Certified Transmission Service Provider Group area. This product is associated with a new group role for TSPs only. To access this product, users must have the new MPIM role for ICE_M_VIEW_TSPECEII installed on their Digital Certificates

ACTION REQUIRED: In order to access this new product, the ICE_M_VIEW_TSPECEII role is required. User Security Administrators (USAs) can begin assigning the ICE_M_VIEW_TSPECEII role to those that will require access.
