SHORT DESCRIPTION: Today, October 30, 2008, from 3:18 PM through 9:31 PM, ERCOT experienced an internal system processing issue which sent duplicated transactions or possibly bad/invalid data to Market Participants.

DAY AFFECTED: Thursday, October 30, 2008 from 3:18 PM through 9:31 PM
LONG DESCRIPTION: Today, October 30, 2008, from 3:18 PM through 9:31 PM, ERCOT experienced an internal system processing issue which sent duplicated transactions or possibly bad/invalid data to Market Participants.
ERCOT is currently working to identify the erroneous transactions and corresponding Market Participants.
Additional information about this issue will be provided as it becomes available.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Affected Market Participants will be provided lists when they become available.
