SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Changes to the MarkeTrak User Guide

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  November 29, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Changes have been made to the MarkeTrak User Guide to include additional sections addressing Switch Holds due to Deferred Payment Plans.

Changes have also been made in association with the December 2011 decommission of TML.  All references to TML and TML Report Explorer have been removed and the User Guide updated to reflect Market Information System (MIS) as the replacement for TML.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Revision drafts have been posted at http://www.ercot.com/committees/board/tac/rms/marketraktf/ under the "Key Documents" section at the bottom of the page in a file entitled 'MarkeTrak User Guide Updates_110811'.

ACTION REQUIRED:  Market Participants are requested to send any suggested edits to their assigned Retail Account Manager by end of the business day on Tuesday, November 29, 2011.
