SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The Weekly Siebel Service Order Extract for Tuesday, December 28, 2010 has posted out of protocol.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Competitive Retailers

DAY AFFECTED:  December 28, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Weekly Siebel Service Order Extract for Tuesday, December 28, 2010 failed to complete by the protocol time of December 28, 2010 23:59:59.

The delay in posting is the result of a long running Weekly Siebel Service Order Extract job and a database error that caused the extract not to complete within the Service Level Agreement timeframe.
