SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notification of Suspension of Operations for AES Deepwater LLC (RE), APD_APD_G1
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  Comments due October 8, 2013
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resource:

  *   AES Deepwater LLC (RE) - APD__APD_G1
The NSO indicates that the Resource will be mothballed indefinitely.  The NSO is posted on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area on the Grid/Generation page under Reliability Must Run at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Grid+Information/Generation. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
ACTION REQUIRED:  Please send any comments you may have regarding this Notification to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>, with "AES Deepwater APD_APD_G1 NSO Application" in the subject line.  Comments are due no later than October 8, 2013.  Reliability Must Run Market Comments will be posted to the MIS at the URL stated above.
