SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Market Participants experiencing WAN Connectivity issues
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  August 18, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Market Participants are reporting issues connecting across the ERCOT Wide Area Network (WAN) after systems were failed over to Bastrop.
ACTION REQUIRED:  Market Participants working through API connectivity issues across ERCOT WAN are asked to call their account manager or the Client Services phone number below to schedule a conference call to re-establish connectivity.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Beginning at 18:30 Sunday August 17, 2014, ERCOT performed un-planned maintenance on the Taylor Data Center environment.
The following market facing applications may have experienced a service interruption between 18:30 August 17, 2014, and 02:00 August 18, 2014.
