SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Resettlement data not published in RTM CODE for the EILS Contract Period of October 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE settlement personnel
DAY AFFECTED:  August 9, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a posting error, Resettlement data for the Emergency Interruptible Load Service (EILS) Contract Period of October 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012, was not published in the Real-Time Market (RTM) Consolidated Operating Day Extract (CODE) posted for Operating Day February 11, 2012. However, the correct Resettlement data was included in the True-Up Statement posted on August 9, 2012.
Any Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) in need of the missing data can send a request to its ERCOT Account Manager.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Market Notice W-A040912-02 below provides further information on the Resettlement schedule.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Resettlement for EILS and a granted dispute for the EILS Contract Period of October 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE settlement personnel
DAYS AFFECTED:  October 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012, EILS Contract Period will be settled on the True-Up Settlement Statement of Operating Day February 11, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has resettled Emergency Interruptible Load Service (EILS) for the Contract Period of October 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012. The affected charge types will be included in a True-Up Settlement Statement as indicated by the table below:

Pursuant to Protocols Section 6.6.11.2(1), "For the resettlement of the EILS Contract Period as described in item (2) of Section 9.14.5, the LRS will be calculated using the True-up Load for each Operating Day in the EILS Contract Period.  True-up Load will be calculated according to the timing specified in item (2) of Section 9.5.8, RTM True-Up Statement."
The True-Up ERCOT Load used to calculate True-Up EILS charges for the October 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012, Contract Period is as follows:

Pursuant to Protocols Section 9.14.5(1), "All disputes for the Settlement of the EILS Contract Period are due ten Business Days after the date that the EILS settlement was posted. ERCOT shall resolve any approved disputes upon resettlement of the EILS Contract Period, as described in Section 9.14.5(2)."
