SHORT DESCRIPTION: December 2010 Auction Closed and Results Posted
INTENDED AUDIENCE: TCR Account Holders
DAY AFFECTED: Invoices due November 12, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION: The December 2010 TCR Auction closed Wednesday, November 3, 2010, at 2:00 PM and was approved Thursday, November 4, 2010. Monthly Auction for December 2010 invoices are due by end of business on Friday, November 12, 2010.
Any unpaid TCRs and PCRs that remain outstanding after their invoice date shall be forfeited by the awardees and, with respect to TCRs and PCRs from the annual auction, included in the following monthly auctions.
Please view your invoice on the TCR website after an auction has closed, and make your payments accordingly. To locate your invoice, login to the TCR Program and click on "Settlements, Billing, and Reports" from the menu. Click the "+" sign beside your company name, click the "+" sign beside Auction Award Invoices, and click on Award_Invoice_20101201_20101231.csv. A dialogue box will appear allowing you to open the file or save the file to disk. Auction Award Invoices are also available in XML format in addition to the CSV file.
Also, for all N_S and N_H TCRs available in the December 2010 TCR Auction were not awarded (excluding fractional rounding), the TCR Clearing Price for that CSC shall be determined to be zero (0) dollars per MWh. The TCRs not awarded/purchased in the December 2010 Auction will not be sold per Zonal Protocols Section 7.5.3.2.2 (5).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: When processing the wires, please reference that the wire is for TCR Auctions and list the TCR Invoice Number. The information on ERCOT's financial institution is as follows:
