DAY AFFECTED:  December 13, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The posting of the January 2011First Six Months CRR Auction results has been delayed due to a longer than usual execution and analysis time for the market optimizations. ERCOT expects to have the results posted by the close of business today, December 13, 2010.
Unless there is further communication, invoice timelines and credit release for the CRR auction will not be affected. ERCOT believes that this is a one-time delay and that future auction postings will occur as scheduled.
