SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is currently performing data prep and Nodal cutover activities in preparation of Nodal go-live. The Load Extract posted Tuesday, September 21, 2010 included Nodal data records in the STATION_HISTORY table.

 LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is currently performing data prep and Nodal cutover activities in preparation of Nodal go-live. The Load Extract posted Tuesday, September 21, 2010 included Nodal data records in the STATION_HISTORY table.
The STATION_HISTORY Nodal data records that were sent contain a START_TIME of December 1, 2010 with null values in the CONGESTION_MGT_ZONE_CODE and UF_ENERGY_SUB_CODE columns.
The Load Extract DDL does not allow for the Nodal data records to load because the CONGESTION_MGT_ZONE_CODE and UF_ENERGY_SUB_CODE columns in the DDL does not allow for null values.
These data records should have failed to load into Market Participant Load Extract databases and are not needed to perform shadow settlement or data validations for Zonal operating days.
