LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has postponed the on-cycle retail release planned for 17:00 Saturday, October 26, 2013 through 00:00 Monday, October 28, 2013.  The system changes will be rescheduled later in the year.

An update notice will be sent when the revised release dates have been determined.
