SHORT DESCRIPTION: Gas Electric Working Group Action Items & Meeting Announcement
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs with Generation Resources and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  March 15, 2019 and March 29, 2019
LONG DESCRIPTION ERCOT will host the next meeting of the GasElectric Working Group (GEWG) on March 29, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in room 206 at ERCOT's Austin office<http://www.ercot.com/about/locations/map_austin>.  This is to remind gas generation operators and TDSPs of the meeting on March 29 and to encourage their participation.  An agenda will be forthcoming and posted to the GEWG meeting page<http://www.ercot.com/calendar/2019/3/29/176000-GEWG>.
ERCOT has also posted materials from the Feb. 15 meeting of the working group on the GEWG meeting page<http://www.ercot.com/calendar/2019/2/15/174373-GEWG>.  These materials include a draft version of the proposed Guidelines for Natural Gas Pipeline Operators and Generator Operators Coordinating Planned Maintenance<http://www.ercot.com/content/wcm/key_documents_lists/174374/Revised_Document_for_Gen_PL_Coord__02_20_2019_clean.pdf>  and an Application for Load Serving Natural Gas-Fired Electric Generation<http://www.ercot.com/content/wcm/key_documents_lists/174374/PDF_App_for_Pipeline_Load_v022119.pdf> form.
GEWG participants are encouraged to use the Application for Load Serving Natural Gas-Fired Electric Generation<http://www.ercot.com/content/wcm/key_documents_lists/174374/PDF_App_for_Pipeline_Load_v022119.pdf> form to provide certain information regarding any of their infrastructure that directly provides natural gas supply to electric generation in the ERCOT region.  GEWG participants should send the completed form to their associated utility before March 15, 2019.
Market Participants who would like to continue to receive GEWG notifications are encouraged to subscribe to the GEWG mailing list<http://lists.ercot.com/scripts/wa-ERCOT.exe?A0=GEWG&X=O10627E5181159E41D9&Y=thailu%40ercot.com> available through the ERCOT website.  Future communications pertaining to GEWG activities will be communicated through this mailing list (replacing any Market Notices).
