LONG DESCRIPTION:  The first RTCTF meeting will be held on the afternoon of April 4, 2019. The RTCTF meeting will follow the conclusion of the Reliability and Operations Subcommittee (ROS) meeting. ERCOT will be establishing a RTCTF webpage and email distribution list, and will provide information regarding the webpage at the upcoming RTCTF meeting.
