LONG DESCRIPTION: In Public Utility Commission of Texas ("Commission") Docket No. 48400, Joint Application of Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative Inc. and Lone Star Transmission LLC to Transfer Load to ERCOT, for Sale of Transmission Facilities, and Transfer of Certificate Rights in Henderson and Van Zandt Counties, the Commission issued an Order<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__interchange.puc.texas.gov_Documents_48400-5F223-5F1011226.PDF&d=DwIFAg&c=trp9rTvIdyEWh1VWB5x8_2JiPaB5oGZOtWPDws2_VoY&r=oHd46Wz8LigrpHwi5AJCCXH7a9wndoeaNfDwmksuzDk&m=aOYOSUSVO-U0uXtBJqGXPSLOARWYYrO0KutP3UdTU0k&s=S4__DyM5PRAEFKuLWqJOU57yPL8syqfA1CPPxkeLFpg&e=> on March 13, 2019, approving the integration of the portion of Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative Inc.'s (Rayburn) Load currently in the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) into the ERCOT System.

On January 3, 2020, ERCOT, Rayburn, and Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC filed a joint notice with the Commission to confirm that the integration of Rayburn's Load into the ERCOT System will begin on January 6, 2020, barring any unforeseen circumstances. The notice filed with the Commission states that the integration of Rayburn's Load is expected to occur in three phases, with the first concluding on January 6, 2020, and the second concluding on January 7, 2020. Each of the first two phases will establish a radial connection from Rayburn's Load to the ERCOT System. The third phase, which will fully network Rayburn's Load into the ERCOT System, is estimated to conclude on January 21, 2020.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Updates regarding the integration of the Rayburn Load can be found in Commission Docket No. 49051<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__interchange.puc.texas.gov_Search_Filings-3FUtilityType-3DA-26ControlNumber-3D49051&d=DwIFAg&c=trp9rTvIdyEWh1VWB5x8_2JiPaB5oGZOtWPDws2_VoY&r=oHd46Wz8LigrpHwi5AJCCXH7a9wndoeaNfDwmksuzDk&m=aOYOSUSVO-U0uXtBJqGXPSLOARWYYrO0KutP3UdTU0k&s=MGqafw2uDoFZyBC73mXSV8_z3xKW9EANXXMBIfbRJlE&e=>, Project to Monitor Rayburn Integration to ERCOT.
