SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT Published the Latest Version of the 168-Hour Test Handbook

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has completed the review cycle of the 168-Hour Test Handbook which was approved through NATF and TAC. An overview was then presented at the August ERCOT Board of Directors meeting. The latest approved Handbook is published to the ERCOT Nodal Readiness Center at: http://nodal.ercot.com/readiness/markettrials/index.html.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  ERCOT will be reviewing the changes and details of the 168-Hour test at the Market Readiness Seminar #6. Details on this meeting are forth coming in a separate Market Notice.
