INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  February 8, 2019
LONG DESCRIPTION:  To allow for additional testing, Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 833, Modify PTP Obligation Bid Clearing Change, will not be implemented on February 8, 2019 as previously communicated.
When the implementation for NPRR833 is rescheduled, the implementation date will be provided in a future update.
