LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to formatting issues in the previous Market Notice, M-B052115-01, sent on May 21, 2015, ERCOT is resending the Notice with the Settlement Charge Types and Settlement calculation revisions sent as an attachment to this Market Notice. In addition, this Market Notice includes the additional impacts for ICCP Telemetry Points provided in Market Notice M-B052115-02, sent on May 22, 2015.
On June 22-26, 2015, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 626, Reliability Deployment Price Adder (formerly "ORDC Price Reversal Mitigation Enhancements"), NPRR665, As-Built Clarification of Reliability Deployment Price Adder, NPRR645, Real-Time On-Line Capacity Revisions, NPPR598, Clarify Inputs to PRC and ORDC, and OBD, Methodology for Setting Max Shadow Prices.
* Responsive Reserve Manual Deployment Extensible Markup Language (XML) Message
XML message sent to Load Resources other than Controllable Load Resources for manual deployment of Responsive Reserve Service will be updated to show a value (MW) equal to the telemetered net power consumption minus the telemetered Low Power Consumption (LPC). Currently, the XML message shows a value (MW) equal to the Responsive Reserve Responsibility.
* New ICCP Telemetry Points
NPRR626 adds following new telemetry points, as shown below, to communicate Real-Time On-Line Reliability Deployment information to the market using Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP). For any questions, please contact Client Services to get the ERCOT ICCP Support team help.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation of any NPRR that is not implemented on the first day of the month following Board approval of the NPRR.
