SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation Details of NPRR746 and NPRR786

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  May 11, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On May 11, 2017, Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 746, Adjustments Due to Negative Load and NPRR786, Consumption Data Adjustments for Negative Load, will be implemented.

These NPRRs introduce adjustments to the Settlement equations to resolve settlement issues arising from QSEs being assigned negative Load.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
