SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The MarkeTrak System has experienced service
degradation since approximately 9:20 AM today.  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:   February 26, 2008 from approximately 9:20 AM to present

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The MarkeTrak System has experienced service
degradation since approximately 9:20 AM today.  ERCOT is currently
researching the cause of the degradation issues and additional
information will be provided when available.
