SHORT DESCRIPTION:  RMR non fuel costs bill determinant changes for NPRR810
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants and Settlement Personnel
DAY AFFECTED:  February 6 - February 8, 2018
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will be implementing changes for Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 810, Applicability of RMR Incentive Factor on Reservation and Transportation Costs Associated with Firm Fuel Supplies, between February 6 and February 8, 2018.
Settlement calculation change for RMR Standby Price:
The calculation for RMR Standby Price (RMRSBPR) has changed with NPRR810:
Before NPRR810
RMRSBPR q, r               =     RMRMNFC q, r / MH q, r * (1 + RMRIF * RMRCRF q, r * RMRARF q, r)
After NPRR810
RMRSBPR q, r               =     (RMRMNFNCC q, r * (1 + RMRIF * RMRCRF q, r * RMRARF q, r) + RMRMNFCC q, r ) / MH q, r

*         The variable RMRMNFC has been replaced with RMRMNFNCC

Reliability Must-Run Monthly Non-Fuel Non-Capital Cost per QSE per Resource-The actual non-capital and non-fuel Eligible Cost of RMR Unit r represented by QSE q, for the month.  Where for a Combined Cycle Train, the Resource r is the Combined Cycle Train.

Reliability Must-Run Monthly Non-Fuel Capital Cost per QSE per Resource-The actual non-fuel and capital Eligible Cost of RMR Unit r represented by QSE q, for the month.  Where for a Combined Cycle Train, the Resource r is the Combined Cycle Train.  Notwithstanding the above, reservation and transportation costs associated with firm fuel supplies as described in paragraph (1)(a)(vi) of Section 3.14.1.10, Eligible Costs, shall be included herein.
