SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - Retail transaction processing issue

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Retail Operations

DAY AFFECTED:  March 22, 2018 12:47 pm to 2:15 pm

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has contacted those with known impacts from yesterday's retail transaction processing issue.  All available reprocessing has completed.

ERCOT continues to encourage Market Participants to utilize the MarkeTrak System for any verification and/or resolutions.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Retail transaction processing issue

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Retail Operations

DAY AFFECTED:  March 22, 2018 12:47 pm to 2:15 pm

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a processing issue impacting internal retail transaction processing between approximately 12:47 pm and 2:15 pm.

No data was lost but impacted transactions are being reviewed and reprocessed when necessary.  This may result in unexpected rejections or duplications.  An update will be provided when synchronization efforts have completed.
