SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Retail Transaction Processing issue
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TDSPs and CRs
DAY AFFECTED:  August 9, 2017
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced degraded processing of retail transactions commencing in early morning hours August 9, 2017.  Backlogged transactions have been successfully processed at this time.
