SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Unplanned Outage
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  March 30, 2017
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is experiencing an unplanned outage of the following systems:

·         FindESIID and FindTransaction are unavailable or degraded.

·         Processing of Retail transactions.
