NOTICE TYPE:  R-A032817-02
SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - Issue Processing Subset of 814_20 Maintains Updating Load Profile
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  March 27 - ongoing
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is continuing to troubleshoot the referenced issue of processing a subset of 814_20 Maintain transactions that began early Monday morning.
Three TDSPs are identified as being impacted at this time.  As of 12:00 PM, 89 814_20 transactions had failed to load and generate an outbound response.  MarkeTrak issues were logged yesterday and are up to date with all impacted ESIIDs.
Impacted 814_20 transactions continue to fail upon receipt.  However, ERCOT is utilizing a temporary workaround process to load queued data and generate responses for impacted transactions.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Issue Processing Subset of 814_20 Maintains Updating Load Profile
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  March 27 - ongoing
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Beginning on March 27, 2017 at 6:30 AM, ERCOT has failed to process a subset of 814_20 Maintain transactions that update the Load Profile for an ESIID.  ERCOT is still investigating the root cause.  There are currently 44 impacted transactions.  No 814_21 Response transactions have been sent and the Load Profiles have not been updated for these 44 transactions.
814_20 Adds and Maintains that are changing other ESIID characteristics are not impacted and are processing normally.
