LONG DESCRIPTION:  The ERCOT planned maintenance outage completed at approximately 16:00, Sunday, August 17, 2014.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Action Required - Change of MarkeTrak Access Information
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  06:00 through 21:00 Sunday, August 17, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has a Retail Release planned for 06:00 through 21:00 Sunday, August 17, 2014. MarkeTrak Project PR010_03 is scheduled for production implementation in this release.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  During this outage, the following functions will be affected:

  *   Market participants utilizing NAESB to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT will NOT be able to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT
  *   867 Transactions will NOT be forwarded during the outage
  *   997 Functional Acknowledgements will NOT be sent during the outage
  *   MarkeTrak will be unavailable for the duration of the outage
  *   Retail components of the MIS and the Retail API will not be available
  *   Retail Reports and Extracts may be impacted
  *   MPIM will not be available
  *   eService application will be unavailable on the Market Information System (MIS)
ACTION REQUIRED:  The URL, public IP address, and port for the MarkeTrak GUI will be changing with this release.  Market Participants should use https://mis.ercot.com/marketrak/tmtrack.dll to access the MarkeTrak GUI effective at the conclusion of the maintenance window.
The public IP address and port change could impact market participants’ ability to access the GUI.
