SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Unplanned Outage of some ERCOT systems
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  March 11, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT continues to experience an outage of some market-facing services.  Affected services are currently being transitioned to the alternate data center.  During this transition, various Retail and Market Data Transparency systems may be unavailable.
