SHORT DESCRIPTION:  UPDATE - Restoration of ERCOT systems and postings

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Attached is an updated list of the out of compliance postings, which includes the actual and expected dates for each posting. Note that the expected date represents the date on which the posting should have occurred under normal processing.  ERCOT will continue to provide updates on the remaining postings as they are completed.
The report "Total Amount of Regulation Service Deployed" for December 7 and 8 had to be removed from MIS because the files were incomplete.  They are being rerun and will be reposted.  Below is an update to the earlier market notice with Total Amount of Regulation Service Deployed added to the list. See the table below for more details. These corrections are also noted in the attached list of postings.

As of Friday evening, December 7, 2012, all missed Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Real-Time Market (RTM) Market Operating Day Extract (MODE) and Consolidated Operating Day Extract (CODE) postings have been completed. All subsequent MODEs and CODEs will post per the usual schedule.
Attached is a Settlement Calendar adjustment file that contains modified due dates for Settlement Disputes.  The due dates were moved by the number of days that the MODE and CODE extracts posted after their expected posting date.  For any question concerning submitting disputes for the affected statements, please contact your assigned Account Manager.
