SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT's MarkeTrak GUI, Find ESIID, and Find Transaction experienced a performance degradation

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  LSEs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  June 24 - 25, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT's MarkeTrak GUI, Find ESIID, and Find Transaction experienced intermittent performance degradation beginning on June 24, 2013 and lasting until approximately 11:30 on June 25, 2013.

The root cause was a database performance issue.
