SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Retail Transaction Processing Issue
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  July 1, 2015 and July 2, 2015

LONG DESCRIPTION:  From Wednesday 7/1/2015 at 15:25 until today 7/2/2015 at approximately 15:30 ERCOT erroneously sent reject responses indicating duplication (DUP) for a small subset of LSEs.



If your organization received a reject DUP response to an initiating transaction (814_01, 814_16, 814_24) sent during this timeframe please compare the order status to MIS Find Transaction before resubmitting. Valid orders received were successfully processed in ERCOT's system.



Root cause investigation is still ongoing but is known to involve configuration errors with certain MP company set ups.
