SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT was unable to process some retail transactions
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  18:15 Thursday, December 20, 2012 through 01:05 Friday, December 21, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT processing of North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) retail transactions was intermittent between18:15 Thursday, December 20, 2012 through 01:05 Friday, December 21, 2012, due to an issue with a database server.
Market participants may have received errors or negative acknowledgments.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The database issue was resolved, all ERCOT failed transactions were reprocessed, and normal processing resumed.
