SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has postponed an on-cycle retail release planned for 14:00 Saturday, February 23 through 00:00 Monday, February 25, 2013

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: 14:00 Saturday, February 23, 2013 through 00:00 Monday, February 25, 2013.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has postponed an on-cycle retail release planned for 14:00 Saturday, February 23, 2013 through 00:00 Monday, February 25, 2013.

The planned IT infrastructure upgrade for the NAESB, EDI, and FTP systems will be rescheduled.

An update notice will be sent when the revised release date has been determined.
