SHORT DESCRIPTION:  2017 ERCOT Operator Training Seminar
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TDSPs, TOPs, ERCOT Operators, QSEs and Generation Operators
DAY AFFECTED:  Early Registration available December 5, 2016 - January 6, 2017
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will host the 2017 ERCOT Operator Training Seminar in Austin, TX beginning March 28, 2017.
A Pilot session is scheduled for January 17-19, 2017, exclusively for trainers, managers and critical staff determined by the MP, but registered Authorized Representative (AR) and Back-up Authorized Representative (BAR) are not required.  The pilot session will be followed by six training sessions open for all others as shown in the schedule below.
The dry run session and each of the six training sessions will follow the schedule below:
Day 1

13:00 CPT to 17:00 CPT

Day 2

08:00 CPT to 17:00 CPT

Day 3

08:00 CPT to 12:30 CPT


For completion of the three day training session, a possible 14 NERC approved Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) will be awarded.
Note:  Space in each Session is limited.
