LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT, in conjunction with the Retail Market Training Task Force (RMTTF), will conduct training on the MarkeTrak application and its use in resolution of retail market transaction processing issues on the dates indicated below. The MarkeTrak training covers the following topics:

* Day to Day Subtype Definitions
* Usage & Billing

For those interested in additional retail market training, each MarkeTrak training sessions above will be held on the day after ERCOT's recently launched Retail 101<http://www.ercot.com/services/training/course/131#schedule> course and is conducted at the same location.
Market Participants may register to attend the training in person or via WebEx by selecting one of the choices shown below. Once logged into ERCOT's Learning Management System (LMS), select "See Schedule" and the session on desired date you are interested in and "Sign-Up":

On the date of the course, Market Participants registered for the WebEx sessions will need to initiate the WebEx by:
* Opening the WebEx link in the email notice sent as confirmation of your registration, or

o Select "My Learner / My Plan / Scheduled Training"
o Select "RESUME" then "RUN"
