LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will conduct a WebEx training workshop on February 21, 2017, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., to review the new Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) Reactive Test forms and the new Nodal Protocol and Nodal Operating Guide requirements associated with them. This review will step through examples to help establish and clarify expectations and will be followed by a question and answer session.
The following sections of the ERCOT Nodal Protocols and Operating Guides will be addressed in this workshop:

  *   Nodal Operating Guides<http://www.ercot.com/mktrules/guides/noperating/current>  (Section 3.3.2) - Unit Reactive Capability Requirements
  *   Nodal Protocols<http://www.ercot.com/mktrules/nprotocols/current> (Section 8.1.1.2.1.4) - Voltage Support Service Qualification
