Attached is the updated 2017 HITE List after incorporating all the removal requests OCWG discussed on Aug 1st and Aug 17th. Following is the high-level overview of this year's HITE List:

1. Split the double-circuit element into two separate MTEs. This is the normal convention, but ERCOT identified several that were missed.
