OCITF Members,

Attached is the latest version of the OCITF draft report to ROS.  This version includes all the 6-4 workshop comments as well as subsequent email edits that I have received since last Thursday.  There was a lot of editing, so I suggest reading in the "Final" format.  The base document was the version that came out of the 6-4 meeting with all changes accepted.
