Attached are Oncor’s comments and suggestions to the initial MTE Seed List.  Our suggestions for removal are based on transmission upgrades and completed new construction to the grid.  In addition, removals are also suggested based on past results indicating that no Real Time congestion was observed during the corresponding outage.

We request that stakeholders indicate any questions, comments, or removals they would like to discuss at OCWG be provided in writing by Friday 7/28.
