Just a quick question of whether we can add a subsection in Section 5 to speak to high-bus protection, even if it's just to say that high-bus diff relays won't be effected by GMD.

Attached is the final draft of "Methodology for Assessing GMD Impacts on ERCOT Power Systems" that I will be emailing to ROS for approval in ROS August meeting . From our last meeting section 5.1 is updated and also some formatting. I have not received any comment from SPWG System Protection Working Group. Please email me if you have any comment by July 31, 2019.
